1. Agreeing to these terms

By using Looks Sketchy at lookssketchy.online (the "game"), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. The game is run by an independent developer ("we", "us").

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to use the game. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission, especially before buying a coffee to unlock supporter perks.

3. Accounts

• You can play as a guest. Signing in with Google or an email link is optional.
• You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep access to your email and Google account secure.
• You can stop using your account at any time, or ask us to delete it by emailing omkarsanadi67@gmail.com.

4. Playing fair and being kind

When you play, you agree not to:

• Use offensive, hateful, sexual, violent or harassing names, chat messages or drawings.
• Harass, bully, threaten or impersonate other players.
• Share personal information about yourself or anyone else.
• Cheat, for example by revealing the secret word outside the game or coordinating unfairly.
• Spam, flood the game, use bots or automated scripts, or disrupt games on purpose.
• Try to hack, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the game's protections or limits.
• Use the game for anything illegal, or to advertise or promote anything without our permission.

Chat and names are filtered automatically, but filters aren't perfect. Room hosts can remove players, and we may block, restrict or remove anyone who breaks these rules, without notice.

5. Your drawings and messages

You keep ownership of what you draw and write. So that the game can work, you give us permission to display and send your name, avatar, drawings and messages to the other players in your room while the game is running. Games aren't saved on our servers. If you save or share a drawing, remember it may include other players' lines too. Please only share it in friendly ways.

6. Supporter perks

• You can support the game on Buy Me a Coffee. As a thank-you, each coffee unlocks 30 days of cosmetic supporter perks, currently special brush effects and avatar borders, when you sign in with the same email you used on Buy Me a Coffee.
• Perks are cosmetic only. They don't give any advantage in the game.
• Support is a voluntary contribution, not a purchase of goods or property. Perks have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and end when their time runs out.
• Payments are processed by Buy Me a Coffee under its own terms, and refund requests are handled through Buy Me a Coffee. If a support is refunded, the matching perk time is removed.
• If perks don't unlock (for example, because you used a different email), contact us with your support details and we'll help.
• We may change, add or retire perks over time. If we stop offering perks altogether, we'll try to give reasonable notice.

7. Availability

We work to keep the game running, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, fast or error-free. Rooms can close when the server restarts or updates, and games in progress may be lost. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the game at any time.

8. Our content

The game's name, logo, design, code and artwork belong to us. You may not copy, resell or reuse them without permission, beyond normal use of the game and sharing your drawings. Some words in the game refer to well-known characters or brands, which belong to their respective owners and are used only as drawing prompts.

9. Other services

The game relies on third-party services such as Google sign-in, Supabase, Render and Buy Me a Coffee, and may be offered on game portals like CrazyGames. Those services have their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them.

10. Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. You play at your own risk, including when interacting with other players.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or games, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid in support in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that can't be excluded.

12. Ending your use

You can stop playing at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the game. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 8, 10 and 11) still apply afterwards.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and note significant changes in the game. If you keep playing after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly by email.
