Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 September 2026
The short version: Looks Sketchy is a free drawing game. You can play without an account. Games aren't saved: names, drawings and chat disappear when a room closes. If you sign in, we keep your email so we can unlock supporter perks. We don't sell your data, show ads on this site, or use tracking analytics.
Who we are
Looks Sketchy (lookssketchy.online) is an independent game run by one developer. For any privacy question, or to ask us to delete your data, contact omkarsanadi67@gmail.com.
Information we handle
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Game data: the name and avatar you choose, your drawings, chat messages, votes and scores | To run the game and show it to the other players in your room | Only while the room exists. Kept in server memory, never written to a database, and gone when the room closes or the server restarts. |
| Account (optional): your email address, and the name and profile picture Google shares if you use Google sign-in | To sign you in and check whether you have supporter perks | Until you ask us to delete your account |
| Supporter records: when you support us on Buy Me a Coffee, the details it sends us: email, name, amount, number of coffees and any message you wrote | To unlock and track your perks, and to handle refunds | As long as needed for perks and our financial records |
| Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs | To deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems | Short-term logs kept by our hosting provider |
Stored on your device
The game saves a few preferences in your browser's local storage: your name, avatar, theme, sound setting, brush size and supporter perk choices, plus a random player ID so you can rejoin after refreshing. If you sign in, your sign-in session is stored there too. These aren't used for tracking and you can clear them in your browser at any time. The site installs a small service worker only so it can be added to your home screen. It doesn't cache or collect anything.
Other players
Your chosen name, avatar, drawings, chat messages and scores are visible to other players in your room, and public rooms can be joined by anyone. Don't share personal information in your name or in chat. Your email is never shown to other players. Chat and names are filtered for profanity, and hosts can remove players.
Services we use
These providers process data on our behalf, under their own privacy policies:
- Render: hosts the game server.
- Supabase: sign-in and the database of accounts and supporter perks.
- Google: Google sign-in (if you choose it), and the fonts used on the site.
- Buy Me a Coffee: processes support payments. We never see your card details.
If you play Looks Sketchy on a game portal such as CrazyGames, that portal's own privacy policy also applies, including to any ads it shows.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your personal information.
- We don't show ads on lookssketchy.online or use third-party tracking or analytics.
- We only use Google sign-in data to sign you in. We don't access your contacts, Gmail or any other Google data.
Your choices and rights
- Play without an account: signing in is optional.
- Sign out at any time from the account menu.
- Access or delete your data: email omkarsanadi67@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, and we'll respond within 30 days. Deleting your account also removes your supporter perks.

Children
Looks Sketchy isn't directed at children under 13, and accounts are not intended for them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
The site uses HTTPS. Account data is kept in a database only our game server can access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted in the game.
